Property Management Services
Property Management Services is exclusively extended to the members of our projects to maintain and enhance the living experience.
Each of our properties has a designated Site Manager, who manages various aspects of the property. A team of site managers and other service technicians are shared across all sites supervised by a Chief Supervisor who leads our Property Management Services Division.
Some of the key services include :
Facilities Management
Maintenance of developer provided common amenities are maintained which may include
Scheduling of timely preventive maintenance and monitoring service quality.
Management of 3rd Party Service Agreements for common amenities, which may include, selecting a service provider, renewing service contracts and monitoring service quality. (e.g Insurance, Pest Control, Security, Elevator etc.)
Shared resource model that allows for lower disruption in services
Coordination, management and escalation support by the Chief Supervisor
Trained Site Managers for day-to-day administration as a point of first contact.
Maintenance and coordination of audit of Society Books of Accounts.
Timely payment of Taxes and other statutory payments pertaining to society.
Documentation & Filing
Coordination of Title Transfers(s) in the event of sale of unit
Site Inventory Management
Verification and maintenance of support staff attendance and compensation.
Facilitate in complying with Government Obligations related to:
Fire Safety
Waste Management etc.
Pre-negotiate servicing options for various appliances & AMC’s with select agencies.
Enhance SOPs and help in implementation of the same.
Help clients to rent their unit(s)
Facilitate in organizing rental procedures
Facilitate clients in acquiring air-conditioning, water heater and other select appliances at pre-negotiated rates
Custom interior design and finishing in some select projects
